Payroll Standard

Ignite's comprehensive payroll service is designed to make payroll a breeze! You provide the timesheets and we'll handle the rest.

What is included:

  • Payroll processing

  • Payroll summary report w/ breakdown:

  • Total cost of pay period: gross pay, net pay, and all periodic payroll taxes including employee withholding and employer payroll taxes.

  • Provide copies of and/or access to employee pay stubs.

  • Complete and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax returns; schedule and confirm electronic payment from employer payroll account for payroll taxes:

  • FICA (IRS: Social Security & Medicare taxes - employer and employee)

  • FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax)

  • PA Income Tax (PA Department of Revenue)

  • PA SUI (Pennsylvania Unemployment Tax - employer and employee)

  • Local Earned Income Taxes (EIT) and Local Services Taxes (LST)

Bookkeeping Services

    Ignite's Basic Bookkeeping plan provides simple and efficient bookkeeping support, aimed at keeping your books clean and your bank accounts accurate.

    Elevate your financial management with Ignite's Bookkeeping Premium Services. Building on the offerings in our Standard Bookkeeping Package, this plan includes service upgrades like a custom Google spreadsheet for easy transaction recording, assistance with branded invoices and receipts, 2 hours of direct communication with your dedicated bookkeeper, full audit assistance, and year-end organization and preparation of client records to make taxes a breeze.

    Services Include:

    • ALL services in Standard Bookkeeping Package

    • Review and Categorize Monthly Transactions

    • Monthly Account Reconciliation

    • Generation of Periodic Financial Reports

      Adjusting entries

    • Upload and categorize financial records

    • Maintain electronic filing system

    • 60-minute Monthly Check-in Meeting

    • 60-minutes of Phone/email Correspondence

  • $150/Hour

    Standard hourly rate: $150.000/hour

    Discounted hourly rate: $100.00/hour (when purchasing prepaid bundle of 10 + hours).

    Services Include:

    • Review all business financial records, bank statements, borrowing and loan statements. 

    • Inspect all income and expense transactions, comparing to actual transactions reflected in account statements and cash ledgers. 

    • Provide summary of adjustments and/or corrections needed; after client authorization, amend transactions and/or enter adjusting entries as needed to reflect corrections.  

    • Reconcile client accounts after adjustments. 

    • Run corrected financial reports: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows Statement. 

    • Recommend other corrective actions, if needed, such as Amending Tax Returns. 

    • Establish Standard Operating Procedures for future accounting/bookkeeping entries.

      • For example, creating purchase orders, maintaining inventory, generating invoices, maintaining records for accounts payable & accounts receivable, reporting customer payments, recording expenses, protocol for maintaining records of expenses including invoices & receipts, conventions for file naming and storage in Google Drive etc...
